".svg"是一种不准许的文件类型。容许的多种文件类型有png, gif, jpg, jpeg。

容许应当是允许，这个翻译是大舌头;)

找了一下问题在这里

includes/DefaultSettings.php 里面的

$wgFileExtensions = array( 'png', 'gif', 'jpg', 'jpeg' );

要添加svg 改成如下

$wgFileExtensions = array( 'png', 'gif', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'svg' );

Supported file types

By default, MediaWiki only allows you to upload certain types of files (extensions gif, jpg, jpeg, ogg and png). This is managed by the orders in includes/DefaultSettings.php
